Changing your mind

You can cancel your order free of charge within {{cancel_window_hours}} hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email {{email}} with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line. We will confirm the cancellation and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

After dispatch

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it under our Refund & return policy once it arrives.

Changes to an order

If you want to change the size, colour or quantity, email us within {{cancel_window_hours}} hours and we will do our best. If the order has already been dispatched, changes are handled as a return.

Cancellations by Autocams

In rare cases we may need to cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a payment cannot be verified. If this happens we will tell you by email and refund you in full straight away.
